Capsicum Seeds (Peperone)

• Sow Spring and Summer
• Sow in a tray or pot and then transplant to the garden
• Germinates in 21 days
• Matures in 120 days

The fruit is long, thin and crinkly in appearance with the aroma of a chilli but usually no heat when eaten. They store well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and can be harvested green to red.

Capsicums are heavy feeders, dressings of fertiliser will help them to continue producing over a long period.
